Anthony Jones (UK) Ltd Has Ceased Trading

The Company Anthony Jones (U.K) Limited is facing financial difficulties and has instructed Duncan Beat and Nicholas Simmonds of Quantuma Advisory Limited to assist with placing the Company into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.

The Company has ceased trading.  All customers should have received an email providing details of an alternative broker that is now dealing with your policy please contact them for further information.  Please check your junk folder if you have not received anything.

A Joint Liquidators’ function is generally to act in the interest of the Company’s creditors as a whole, and this must be done as quickly and efficiently as is reasonably practicable. The Joint Liquidators will contact all affected parties in due course with further information regarding the proposed Liquidation.

Anthony Jones (U.K) Limited does not have enough money to be able to pay all its debts.  It is in the intention that the proposed Joint Liquidators are appointed over the Company to ensure that all people owed money are treated fairly and equally in accordance with the law.

If you are a customer and are owed money and have paid by credit or debit card, you may be eligible to claim a repayment from your card provider.  You will need to contact your card provider directly to start this process.

If you are an insurer owed money by Anthony Jones (U.K) Limited you will rank as an unsecured creditor of the Company, further details are included in the FAQ’s.

The Joint Liquidators will write to all insurers that are owed money by the Company, if you do not receive correspondence in due course and believe you should have or have any further queries please contact AnthonyJonesUK@quantuma.com.
